If you need event-specific information, such as start times, packet/Bib pickup details, eBike details, or refund information, you must contact the Event Director directly.
Event director contact information is listed on every event page on athleteReg.
Note: athleteReg does NOT authorize refunds on the behalf of an event; only event directors can authorize refunds. athleteReg staff can answer questions about the registration process, but event specific questions must be directed to the event directors.
To contact an Event Director:
Go to the registration page for the event.
Just below the event title and date, click Location & Contact. The Contact Event page appears.
From the Contact Event page, you can:
Fill out a form to email the Event Director, or
Find the Event Director’s phone number and website at the bottom of the page (if provided by the event).
Tip: The Location & Contact section is the quickest way to reach the event’s organizers directly.
