How to Request a Refund/ Registration Cancellation

Refunds are issued at the discretion of the Event. athleteReg does not have the authority to offer refunds on the behalf of an event; only event directors can authorize refunds. 

To check if your event offers refunds:

1. Open your registration confirmation email from athleteReg

2. Click the Event Refund Policy on the confirmation (see below)
