How to Withdraw Your Registration

Please note: Depending on the event settings, the self-serve withdrawal option may or may not be available. If this option is not available, you will need to contact the event director.

Steps to Withdraw from an Event

1. Access Your Registration

   • Log in to your BikeReg, RunReg, TriReg, or SkiReg account and click the "Edit" button next to your entry.

   • OR, go to the event’s registration page and select "Edit My Entry" to receive an edit entry link.

   Important: If you do not see the "Edit" button or option, the event does not allow self-service edits. In this case, contact the event director through the Location & Contact tab.

2. Withdraw Your Entry

   • If the event director has enabled withdrawals, you will see a "Withdraw This Entry" button.
   • Clicking this button will display a notice showing the credit or refund amount you will receive before you confirm the withdrawal.
