If you are on DIRECT DEPOSIT ONLY, you have the ability to request a payment at any time on all athleteReg platforms. All requests will be processed within one business day.
To request a payment, follow these few steps:
1. On the left side of the screen, click Event Setup
2. Click Event Payment
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Request Payment
4. Click the bubble for Available Balance to receive the full amount in your event, or the bubble for Specific Amount to select the amount that you would like to be released.
Note: We recommend holding 5% of your entry fees in the event account until one week after your event to cover any potential refunds.
5. Click Request Payment

On-demand requests are only available for events using direct deposit.
