As a participant, after you have signed up for an event, you will have the opportunity to post your registration to the Outside feed. This can be a great way to share an event with friends that follow you and encourage others to sign up and participate!
After you have gone through the check-out process, you will see a pop-up modal that allows you to 'post' your event plans with friends on the Outside feed.
Your DEFAULT privacy setting should show for the post, but you can change the visibility of the individual post in the drop-down menu next to 'Post.' To change your default privacy settings, please see this article.
If you click out of the modal, you can still share your post to the feed by clicking on the 'Outside' icon next to the Facebook and Twitter icons.
If you have made the post visible publicly (either to your followers only or to everyone), other users will be able to interact with your post by giving you a virtual 'high-five,' commenting on your post, or sharing your post. Other users will also be able to register for the same event through your post on the feed.
