All participants must sign a waiver for USA Cycling events, either electronically during registration on BikeReg, or via wet signature on-site. For participants under 18 (19 in Alabama), BikeReg will email a link to the waiver to the participant’s parent/legal guardian to sign electronically When registering another person, an email will be sent to the participant with a link to the waiver so they can agree to the waiver before the event. The director can run a report to view who has not signed the waiver, and can email participants reminding them to agree to the waiver. If the participant does not sign electronically, the director can print out paper pre-populated waivers.
