Use any of the athleteReg family of sites to manage your team or club memberships, or your clothing orders.
To set up a clothing order or membership, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your event director account on the appropriate site (TriReg, RunReg, BikeReg, or SkiReg).
2. Click the green "Create New Event" button at the top of your list of events.
3. In the Event Setup, complete the items with a red asterisk. Include the word membership or clothing order in your event title, and choose an event type. For a clothing order, set your event type as “Special Event,” and for a membership, choose “Membership."
4. Set the Event Date to the last day you wish to accept orders/memberships; set the dates to open, and close your orders.
5. Click “Save Event Details,” and you will be directed to the Payment Center.
6. On the Payment Center page, enter or confirm the accuracy of the payment information for disbursements. If everything is correct, click Save Payment Details.
7. If you are setting up a club or team membership, use the Category features. For a clothing order, use the Merchandise features.
8. Save your event.
athleteReg staff will review the event details and have your membership or clothing order page ready for online registration within 24 hours.
