How to Cover Participant Service Fees

athleteReg charges a service fee for each registration. Most event directors pass this fee on to participants, but they can choose to cover all or some of the fee. To set this up, click "General Event Setup" in the "Event Setup" menu (the first box on the Event Setup screen), and select a percentage of the service fee you would like to cover from event fee proceeds.  

The service charge depends on the entry fee and consists of a base fee plus a percentage that spans specific price points.
