You can add volunteers to your event by following these steps:

If you have multiple volunteer roles or locations, use custom questions to gather more details.

Adding Volunteer Access / Event Day Check-In
Under the Admin tab, you can customize your check-in view:
Choose which participant details to display (e.g., team name, phone number, custom questions).

Enable volunteer access:
Toggle Allow Volunteer Access to generate a check-in link for volunteers. The volunteers can follow the URL created to check-in participants
Volunteers can then check in participants without full admin access.
You can set or revoke access at any time.
