Sometimes you may need to take a participant out of your event without processing a refund or credit.
No problem! You can do this by following the steps below:
Steps to Remove a Participant
From the left-hand menu, click Registration Data.
Select Edit/Search Registrations.
Use the search bar to find the participant you’d like to remove. Or click View all Registrations.
Click the Meatballs menu (...) next to their name.
Change Change Category.
From the dropdown, select Removed Registration.
Click Change Category again to confirm.
That’s it! The participant will now be marked as removed, while keeping your event records accurate and up to date.
