Easily create and send emails to your event participants using built-in templates. Follow the steps below:
Go to the Email Tool
From the left-hand menu, click Marketing Tools

Choose one of the following:
Email All Participants
Email Past Participants
Follow the prompts to begin creating your email
Choose a Template
These templates include a container to make sure your email looks good on all devices, it pulls your cover photo as a Header image and includes the date and location. It also adds Social Share buttons and a footer with your contact information. Select one of the available prebuilt templates include helpful placeholder content that you can fully customize:

Event Details - Location, Start Times, Parking, Packet Pickup, Routes and more.
Thank You - Event Highlight stats, view photos button, Upcoming events and more

Registration Announcement - Price Increase note, Register button

Customize the Email
Click into any text box to edit the content, add merge tags, change font etc.
Use the trash can icon to remove any sections you don’t need
Rearrange, add, or remove text as needed to suit your message
If you see an error message "Edit or Remove Placeholders" it is because you did not change the sample text. You will want to update that text to make sure it applies to your event, or remove that placeholder.

Scroll to the bottom and click Save Draft & Continue
(Optional) Click Send Test Email to preview how it looks
Or click Skip to move on
Send or Schedule
Choose how and when to send your email:
Send Now
Schedule for Later
Save as Draft for further editing
