You can keep track of all your event emails in the Email Management tab.
How to View and Manage Emails
On the left side of the screen, click Event Director Tasks > Email Management.
Here you’ll see all emails that have been sent
You’ll also see performance stats for each email, including sent, opens, clicks
More Email Management Tools
At the top of the Email Management page, you can click between tabs to:
Drafts: Review and edit your draft emails.
Templates: See any existing email templates you have created and edit them here.
Scheduled: View and manage emails you’ve scheduled to send later.
Participant Preferences
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, so participants can opt out at any time.
Each time a participant registers for one of your events, they’re automatically added to that event’s contact list.
