Want to promote an upcoming event to your past participants? Use the Multi Event Email tool under Event Director Tasks.
On the left side of the screen, click Marketing Tools
Click Email Past Participants
From here, select events or categories you’d like to email.
Use Advanced Filters (age, gender, location, number of events completed, etc.) to narrow down your audience.
Click Compare to see the total amount of participants who will be emailed.
Our system automatically removes duplicate emails, so if someone participated multiple years, or registered for multiple categories, they’ll still receive only one email.
