Bring your event to life by using the Photos & Videos tool to easily add a hero photo, up to 15 gallery photos, and unlimited videos to your registration page.
Add Photos
- Log into your Event Director account and from the My Events page, select the event for which you want to add photos.
- Expand the Event Setup menu and click Photos & Video.
- From the Photos & Video page, click Add photos.
- On the Add Photos page, in either the Hero Photo or Photo Gallery box , click Add photo.
- Use the following guidelines to upload a hero photo and/or a photo gallery:
Hero Photo Guidelines
- Select images from your computer to upload
- Go horizontal—skip the vertical pics!
- Hero images must be at least 780 px wide and 440 px tall (16:9 ratio)

- During the add photo process:
- Adjust the anchor point of your photo by adjusting the red line. The display will adjust depending on screen size.
- Crop the photo using the corner anchors.
- No text on the photo—the event name and logo will overlay your photo, so keep the image free of distractions and let the photo speak for itself.
Photo Gallery Guidelines
- Upload up to 15 images from your computer
- Supported file types and size:
- jpg, png, gif
- 2 MB max/image
- Add image descriptions up to 125 characters.
- Once photos are uploaded, drag and drop to reorder in the gallery.
- To delete a photo from the gallery, click its corresponding trash can icon.
- When you've finished adding a hero image or photo gallery, click Save. Your images now appear on your registration page and also appear listed on the Photos & Video page.
- To edit your hero image or gallery, click the three dots and select Edit. The Add Photos page opens where you can edit, rearrange the display order, and delete.
- To delete your hero image or entire gallery, click the three dots and select Delete.
Add Video
To further enhance your registration page, you can easily embed videos from YouTube™.
- Log into your Event Director account and from the My Events page, select the event for which you want to add a video.
- Expand the Event Setup menu and click Photos & Video.
- From the Photos & Video page, click Add video.
- Copy the video URL from YouTube and, on the the Edit Video page, paste the URL into the Video URL field. A preview of your video appears on the page.
- To add additional videos, click Save and Next. Add as many videos as you like.
- When you are finished adding videos, click Save. Your video(s) now appear on your registration page and also appear listed on the Photos & Video page.
- To delete a video, on the Photos & Video page click the video's three corresponding dots and select Delete.
