What should I do if a participant bought Registration Protection and they ask me for a refund?
If the participant is eligible to make a claim on their registration protector, they should refer to their insurance policy information for how to submit a claim. If the claim is approved it will be handled outside of the registration platform, and you are not required to issue a refund.
