Use the Email Schedules tool to automatically send emails to participants. You can choose to send them based on the event date, registration date, and more...
To get started, select your event, then Marketing Tools, then Email All Participants.
Next, select who you would like to send the emails to:
Click the + for Advanced Filters > add any filters you'd like > click Next:
Next, you will add the content of your email > click Save and Continue
On the next screen, schedule a time to send the email, or select to send it immediately.
You can also save the email as a draft for future use.
