As an event director, you have the ability to issue full or partial refunds directly through your athleteReg Event Director account. Please note that refunds are issued at the discretion of the event director.
athleteReg staff do not determine or process refunds on behalf of events. Any refund requests from participants must be handled by the event director.
Steps to Issue a Refund

On the left hand menu, click Registration Data > Edit/Search Registrations.

From here, you can either:

Click View all Registrations, or

Search for a specific participant by name, email or team

Once you’ve located the participant you'd like to refund:

Click the three dots to the right of their name (next to the Edit button)

Select Refund/Credit

Choose the type of refund you’d like to issue (full, partial or a credit they can use for one of your future events).

Decide whether you want to:

Remove the participant from their category (recommended if they will no longer be participating), or
-
Keep them in the category (if the refund is partial or you're crediting them for another reason)

Follow the prompts to confirm and issue the refund.
To refund multiple participants at once:

Click Registration Data on the left menu

Click Edit/Search Registrations

Select View all Registrations
-
Use the checkboxes to select the participants you want to refund

Click Bulk Actions in the top right corner

Choose the Refund option and follow the prompts
