athleteReg registration pages are highly customizable. You can add relevant event information into the Event Notes area such as directions to the event, information about housing/lodging, food, course information, or images.
Add Event Details
Use Event Details to share any additional information about your event.
Log into your Event Director account and from the My Events page, select the event for which you want to add event notes.
Expand the Event Setup menu and click Event Details.
On the Event Details page, use the toolbar to text and links to give your participants information about your event. If you are not sure where to start select our Event Details template and fill out what info applies to your event.
We have sections for "Photos & Video" and "Maps" that will allow you to easily add those to your registration page.
In the event details toolbar there different options and you will see the full menu if you click "More"
- To add a link, place the cursor where you want to place the link and click the link icon on the toolbar.
- To add an image, click the image icon on the toolbar and upload an image or enter a URL for where the image is hosted.
- Supported file types – .jpg and .png (.pdf is not supported.)
- Image files must not exceed 8MB
- To embed from another site
- Copy the embed code of the video or map you want to place in the Event Notes area of your registration page.
- Click Source on the toolbar. The Source window opens.
- Place your cursor where you want to embed the video or map and paste the embed code.
- To return to the editor, click Source on the toolbar again. The video or map appears within your event notes text.
When you are done adding information to your Event Notes area, click Save.
