Participants may have unsigned liability waivers if:
They were registered for an event by a proxy (i.e. friend or team manager) who cannot sign on their behalf. A link to sign the waiver is emailed directly to the participant upon registration.
A parent or guardian has not yet signed a waiver for a minor participant.
An event director added or edited a liability waiver after the participant registered for the event.

Check for Unsigned Waivers
You can search for participant waiver status by viewing/downloading waiver registration data.
Log into your Event Director account and open the event for which you want to check for unsigned waivers.
From the left side menu, open the Registration Data menu and click Download Registration Data.
On the Download Registration Data page, click the Settings tab.
In the Data Selection section of the Settings tab, select All Waiver Consent or Waiver - Participant Liability Waiver.

Click View Data or Download Data. If the Waiver - Participant Liability Waiver column contains:
Initials = signed (participant has signed the waiver)
Blank = unsigned (participant or parent/legal guardian has not signed the waiver)

Email Unsigned Waiver Reminders
You can email reminders for unsigned waivers in bulk to all event participants or to individual participants as often as needed.
Bulk Email Reminders
To send reminders to all participants who have unsigned waivers:
Log into your Event Director account and open the event for which you want to send waiver reminders.
From the left side menu, open the Event Setup menu and click Online Waivers. The Online Waivers screen appears.
The Online Waivers screen appears showing the current number of unsigned waivers.
Click Email Unsigned Waivers. An email reminder containing a link to the online waiver is sent to each unsigned participant.
Email a Reminder to One Participant
To send a reminder to a single participant who has an unsigned waiver:
Log into your Event Director account and open the event for which you want to send a waiver reminder.
From the left side menu, open the Registration Data menu and click Edit/Search Registrations.
In the Search Criteria field of the Edit/Search Registration page, enter identifying information for the participant such as name, email address, team name, bib number, etc.
Click Search. Search results appear at the bottom of the page.
Find the participant and click the corresponding meat ball menu (three dots) next to their name.
From the menu, click Email Unsigned Waiver. An email reminder containing a link to the online waiver is sent to the unsigned participant.
Email an Unsigned Waiver on Event Day
You can send a link to sign an online waiver to participants on the day of an event during the check-in process.
Log into your Event Director account and open the event for which you want to check-in a participant.
From the left side menu, open the Registration Data menu and click Event Day Check-In.
In the Find a Participant field on the Event Day Check-In page, enter the participant name or scan the confirmation QR code. The participant's information, including waiver status, is displayed.
If the participant waiver is unsigned, click Email Waiver. An email containing a link to sign the online waiver is sent to the participant.
About Waivers for Minors
Minors (under 18) cannot sign waivers themselves.
If a minor registers for an event, a link to complete the online waiver on their behalf is emailed to their parent or guardian.
If a parent or guardian registers the minor, they’ll sign the waiver on behalf of the minor during registration after confirming their relationship.
