How to Email Unsigned Waivers in Bulk
To check how many participants haven't signed their waiver, go to Event Setup > Online Waivers. You'll see the number of unsigned waivers listed there.
Click Email Unsigned Waivers to send a reminder. You can resend the reminder as many times as needed.
How to Email an Unsigned Waiver to an Individual Participant
You can also send a waiver reminder to an individual participant. Go to Registration Data > Edit/Search Registrations, search for their name, click the three dots next to their entry, and select Email Unsigned Waiver.
How Can Participants Register Without Signing the Waiver?
Participants may have unsigned waivers if someone else, like a friend, family member, or team manager, registered them. In this case, the registrant selects that they are not the participant, and the waiver is emailed to the participant to complete.
Unsigned waivers can also occur if a waiver was added or changed after being signed or if a COVID waiver is scheduled to be sent later.
Minors and Waivers
Minors cannot sign waivers themselves. If a minor registers on their own, the waiver is emailed to their parent or guardian to sign. If the parent or guardian registers the minor, they can sign the waiver during registration after confirming their relationship to the participant.
How Can I Check Waiver Signatures?
To check who has signed the waiver, download your registration data by going to Registration Data > Download Registration Data. Include the Waiver Consent field along with any other details you need (name, email, category, etc.). If the Waiver Consent column has initials, the waiver is signed; if it's blank, the waiver is unsigned. Learn more about downloading registration data here.
If you're using the Event Day Check-In Tool, it will also indicate whether a participant's waiver is signed when you look up their information.
